Hugh's Chicken Run, showing January 7th on Channel 4 at 9:00pm

I love watching TV about Food / farmers and supermarkets
I cannot wait for this tonight, hope it will be good?

Iv never liked supermarkets, and cannot think of anything good to say about them!
In one of the papers today, “supermarkets pay 3p each for birds bred in misery”
“farmers need to kill 50 birds to clear a £1 profit”

Any thoughts?

I don’t know if you seen the programme, but I like to ask if you eat meat, do you care what sort of life that Chicken has up un-till you buy it?
You can buy two Chickens for £5, but what will you be prepared to pay if known the chicken you was buying had a better life and taste better for it?

Hugh's Chicken Run is on again tonight, and he will show the difference between intensive poultry unit, and a free-range unit.
