Most def a yes from me, as long as it's 99% certain as DNA is then we have proof. Why should these people live the life of Riley in prison........especially nowadays as it's becoming a bit of a soft touch. (I do have a little experience, not personally I hasten to add)

Changing the topic a little, how would these criminals die? What method of execution would be used? If it is a lethal injection, or something else that requires a person to administrate the penalty, then wouldn't the executioner be at risk of being murdered by some nutter, who was out for retribution?
