kick and thai boxing and MMA

Any one on here like kick and thai boxing and MMA ??

I used to do kick boxing a few years ago more to keep fit then anything else which i did for around 2 years on and off but i don't actually watch any of it on the tv if thats what you mean.

ive done abit of kick boxing myself a while ago now
And tbh i have thought about going back something im looking into at the moment !!!!!!!!!!!!

I do like watching it, loved the Olympics

my son is the I.F.K amateur welter weight 66.8 kilos british champion and the I.F.K supper welter 69.5 kilos weight european champion and ranked number 1 for his weight he has just turned 18 and has his first pro MMA fight on the 8th off march in bournemouth on a big show
he is also a full time kick and thai boxing instructor at the Bulldog gym in bournemouth

To your son popup. nice to hear hes doing so well..
If you have time, and you think it ok… maybe put up some links of him fighting (you tube maybe)
