drawing

so does anyone draw?

Used to do lots of drawing and painting in oils.Not now though,no time

I enjoy drawing and find it relaxing, but im not very good with oils.
Like you veryfishy, don’t find the time now, but I know sooner or later something will motivate me to draw again.

I love drawing but as said time is a hard , i love water colours and just sketching .

Mood for me plays a big part in what i draw
will post a couple pics up when i find them .

Im not sure whether the company is still going but CARPQUEST had a nice piccy of a carp on all their products which someone drew for them once.... and that someone was ME..

I've got one off their wooly hats upstairs somewhere i'll take a photo and try and put it up on here for all to see.

Here's a drawing i did for a company about 4 years ago..when it was done embroided on to a wooly hat or jumper it did'nt look half as good as when i drawed it on paper..it's nothing special i know but it was nice to see a company using something you had drawn yourself..i took this photo from a wooly hat and to be honest it looks crap but the picture looked great on the packages like pva tubes and bags ect the company did as the drawings was in better detail and looked better.

Wow Tone that’s cool to have a drawing that you did used in that way.
I know what you are saying about the quality, but I think when embroidered it looks better from a little distance.

don’t be shy tone, you must have more art work around your house. Hope we will get to see some more

That picture don't look that good really especially seeing it done embroidered..I could'nt find the original drawing i did which was alot better but it was nice to see a company using a drawing i drew myself..it was a competion at the time with many members sending in their own drawings and it was a great feeling to know i had won and they were using my drawing on their products.

I got quite a few drawings i did in the past i will post more soon.

I had free pva for about 12 months...i mean sh*t loads of it...
