Sorry Nicky, but without knowing the full details of the crash, I don't believe anyone has the right to decide who should be prosecuted or not, if the car was faulty and he knew it was, shouldn't he be charged? He was/is a land rover enthusiast, so surely he should have known whether his car was safe? If the examiner of the vehicle had deemed the car safe, then there would not be a trial.

im affraid i agree with chillout,

sure he has to live with the deaths of his family, however if it can be proved with out reasonable doubt doubt that it was down to his negligence than im affraid he has to be prosacuted.
