How Far Would You Travel?

How Far Would You Travel To go fishing on a water just as a one off, day ticket or weekend.

Then how far will you travel, to fish a water week-in week out? (or there about)

i have to go where my team or browning tell me somtin=mes it could be on trent which is 3 hpurs away from me or my local canal which is 2 mins

mainly i fish in east Anglia and Kent and Luton and Hertfordshire

is that 3 hours away on a bus?

by car if i go to trent leave about 4.30 in morning

Wouldn't go far, don't need to have Gatton and Mercers within a couple of minutes away

Used to go anywhere to catch fishies ,but the regular thursday
at border match was 15 mile away , Now I'm content with 4 mile
trip to hanchurch fishery .

At the moment i'm traveling around 100 miles there and back most weeks just to do an overnighter but i would travel alot further if it was the right water for me.

One off my lake's i fish is 1 mile away and Ringwood club waters is about 10miles away

My main water is 15 miles away from me, have a couple a little closer.


Furthest I have travelled fishing is for my annual trip to France, on average it's about a 1200mile round trip

I'm in a water thats only 6 miles down the road.. theres only 15 members on there.... wip hee....
